Policies

Deposits: All fees & deposits are non- refundable. No exceptions. Deposits are put towards your balance unless you violate policies.

Cancellations: I require a 72-hour cancellation notice. With proper notice, we can move your deposit over ONE time. Failure to give adequate time to fill your spot will result in forfeiture of your deposit & may result in a no show fee. In any event, please communicate with me so we can figure it out.

 Rescheduling: You may reschedule ONE time per booking fee with 72 hours notice. This includes your follow up appointment. I schedule 3 hours for an initial appt. ( that’s longer than an elective surgery so please respect my time as you would a surgeon’s).

Appointments: TWO sessions are included in the initial pricing for every new service. Any additional work will be a separate service & priced accordingly. Annual color boosts include ONE session. If you feel you may need 2 sessions, book in for a new service. Annual color boosts are good up to 2 years, after that it’s considered a new service. 

Results: Results vary based on many factors. The health of your skin, pre + post care, and genetics, & lifestyle determine you healed results. We are not responsible for poor pigment retention due to  pre +  post care negligence.  We provide you with everything you need: It is your job to take proper care of your skin before & after your treatment.

Session 2: You have 8-12 weeks from your initial session to redeem the obligatory second session. Appointments scheduled outside of the mentioned time frame may result in an additional fee.

Late Policy: Traffic can be crazy at times so leave with enough room for unforeseen traffic. A grace period of 15 minutes is permitted for permanent makeup appointments.You may need to forfeit the pre-numbing portion of your appointment depending on how late you are. Arriving MORE than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or count as a no show. You may rebook when payment is completed. Any new services must be paid in full upon re-booking (after a no-show or last minute cancellation.) A grace period of 5 minutes is permitted for all non-permanent makeup services. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No show: You will be charged 50% of the cost of service. Failure to do so will result in a permanent ban.

Existing Permanent Makeup: You MUST book an in-person consultation prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or 50% of the cost of service.
STUDIO POLICY: Guests of clients are not permitted in the studio during tattooing services. No children, spouses, family or friends. While tattooing your face, I need total concentration.
We reserve the right to turn away any persons that create a hostile environment. Please be kind and considerate to our staff.

Forms of payment: Cash, Venmo, & all major credit cards except American Express. (Credit Cards = 2% fee)
